I know how frustrating it can be when an account doesn't sync properly.
If this does not, please then Contact Mint at https://com/help/#more-help and report that you did try refreshing your account. Thank you, Mint Maggie' data-inline-edit-type='wysiwyg' data-inline-edit-url='/answers/2161440' id='inline_edit_answer_2161440_body' Hello rebeccalwatkins, Thank you for using the Mint Community Boards!
Mint will usually still be able to reconcile these automatically when the cleared transaction posts, but if not, you can always manually delete them by clicking the transaction, clicking Edit Details, and clicking Delete this transaction at the bottom left of that box that opens. I realize this is not an elegant solution and would be cumbersome if the issue persists, but it's the only work around I can offer until the issue is fixed by the support team.
Regards, Jessie' data-inline-edit-type='wysiwyg' data-inline-edit-url='/answers/2363526' id='inline_edit_answer_2363526_body' jsnsnow, I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused by pending transactions not showing up in Mint for TCF Bank.
I get an error that I "have exceeded the maximum number of attempts to answer your security questions."I believe this error is due to Mint trying to sync with my bank, but the bank is asking a security question and Mint doesn't know or isn't answering the question correctly.
This is pretty frustrating, since I then have to call up my bank and get them to reset my account, which wastes quite a bit of my time, especially when this is happening repeatedly.
To open a ticket, you would just need to fill out our Contact Mint form.
After 48 hours, if you haven't received a response from the support team, please check your junk/spam folder as email providers tend to filter their responses there if you don't have the email address saved.I assumed that either there were none at the time or that I had somehow "turned off" that functionality.A week later, pending transactions are still missing and I can find no setting that would alter the view. That there aren't any pending transactions for mint to display. When looking at my bank account, at one point there were 10 pending transactions that weren't displayed on Mint. Please report this through Contact Mint at https://com/help/#more-help for investigation. I noticed that my TCF Checking account was no longer showing Pending Transactions about 1/8/2015 but didn't think much of it at the time.I know TCF changed their website recently, perhaps this is the cause? Amanda Hello Amanda, I do see a record that Mint made the appropriate changes for the TCF site change, and your account is syncing.
